TeacHER Beyond focuses on Black women and girls'

Mental health will be the guiding focus each year. In addition to that, our Year 1 focus is on Financial + Occupational wellbeing. All programs and grants this year will be in one of these two dimensions, giving attention to mental health in these areas.
To provide direct funding and services to facilitate Black women and girls’ access to the eight dimensions of wellness: intellectual, emotional, social, physical, financial, environmental, spiritual, and occupational health.
To establish a wellness infrastructure,
aligned with the eight dimensions of wellness,
by partnering with organizations that support
Black women and girls.
TeacHER Beyond seeks to support the improvement of Black women and girls' quality of life by providing direct services aligned with their holistic needs, providing direct funding to increase the accessibility to mental, emotional, physical, spiritual, financial, social occupational, and environmental wellbeing. Additionally, we will become collaboratively fused with community entities and organizations, primary care and alternative medicine providers to achieve a fully holistic level of care for Black women and girls served.
The health and wellbeing of the disenfranchised and culturally diverse communities we serve is the most important goal of our organization.
We seek to support, empower and provide high quality resources and services.
Our success is measured by the value we provide to those we serve.
In effort to achieve success, TeacHER Beyond has three objectives:
TeacHER Beyond will provide increased accessibility to, and affordability of, quality holistic wellbeing supports to promote the betterment of overall health and wellness of Black women and girls.

Our mission is supported through

Community involvement is key in providing sustainable systematic change. Facilitating events allows us to
support the educational awareness of Black women and girls aligned with multidimensional wellness.
